PET POLICY

If traveling with a pet, please declare them during reservation. Pets are subject to the Hotel’s Pet Regulations.

 

  1. Dog or Cat shall be limited to two (2) full grown pets, no more than 25 lbs. (small size) in weight and/or not more than fifteen (15) inches in height which shall be measured from the ground to the top of the shoulders (which is the highest point at the nape, where the bottom of the neck meets the back). Pet Owner must also present proof that the pet has received at least anti-rabies and distemper shots (refer to annex for illustrations).
  2. All dogs or cats, registered within the respective unit, should be regularly vaccinated against rabies.
  3. Pet owners should practice flea control and regular deworming of their pets to prevent any infestations.
  4. No Pet shall be allowed to loiter or be kept in the lobby, any seating area, amenity areas, ground or podium parking levels, storage rooms, fire exit, or any other common areas.
  5. Except for Certified Guide dogs or Service dogs, Pets shall be transported using only the service elevator and/or stairways. No pets shall be allowed in any passenger elevator.
  6. Pet owners must practice responsible pet ownership. Pet owners shall be responsible for cleaning of any waste in common areas or anywhere within the Condominium Building. UNIT OWNER or LESSEE must always bring a small plastic bag or piece of newspaper to scoop up pet waste for proper disposal which must be disposed of immediately. The area where the litter was made must be properly cleaned with no traces or smell left or as deemed acceptable by the maintenance and other residents concerned. Pet wastes can be disposed in private toilets or in the garbage holding area on a securely tied plastic or garbage bag.
  7. Pet owners are required to bring a towel to wipe off their pet, especially their paws, before entering the Condominium Building to avoid leaving prints, mud, or water on the floor. Likewise, pet owners shall clean up any of their pets’ wastes such as, but not limited to; drool on the interior flooring.
  8. Pet owners shall be liable for any injuries and/or damages that may be caused by their pets to any person or property. Pet owners shall indemnify the Condominium Corporation and the Property Management Office, and hold them harmless against any injury, loss, or liability arising from their pets. In case a pet in the Condominium Building comes in contact with a person or another pet and results to injury or damage, whether the involved pet was leashed or unleashed, the Condominium Corporation is authorized to conduct an investigation of the incident, and if so warranted, to remove or permanently ban the offending animal from the Condominium Building.
  9. In case of any violation of these House Rules, or upon persistent complaints by the neighbors, or if a pet causes a damage to property or injury to a person, the registration of such pet shall be revoked, and such pet shall forthwith be removed from the Condominium Building.
  10. The Condominium Corporation through the Property Management Office reserves the right to require the pet owner to remove from the Condominium Building any pet that has been the subject of any reasonable written complaint from two or more incidents, or which the Condominium Corporation finds to be a nuisance or danger to the community. The Condominium Corporation through the Property Management Office reserves the right to remove or permanently ban any household pet inside Condominium Building that may be proven to have caused nuisance, unruly, vicious, or aggressive behavior, unreasonable disturbance, or injury to anyone.
  11. No pets in excess of the prescribed quantity will be allowed. Likewise, no other type of household pets and/or animals will be allowed.
  12. No pet shall be left alone for more than twelve (12) hours and/or overnight inside the unit. Balcony shall not be used as holding area and/or as a place to feed or kennel pets or other animals. Likewise, they are not permitted to urinate or defecate on the balcony. Pet owners shall take full responsibility in attending to their pets needs and ensuring they are comfortable so as not to cause agitation that might result to nuisance to other residents.
