PET POLICY

If traveling with a pet, please declare your pet during reservation. Pets are subject to the Hotel’s Pet Policy and Regulations.

 

  1. Dogs or cats are limited to a maximum of two (2) full-grown pets per room, each weighing no more than 25 lbs (small size) and/or not exceeding fifteen (15) inches in height, measured from the ground to the top of the shoulders (the highest point at the nape where the neck meets the back).
  2. Pet Owners must present proof that the pet has received at least anti-rabies and distemper vaccinations.
  3. All registered pets must be regularly vaccinated against rabies. Pet owners are expected to practice flea control and regular deworming to prevent infestations.
  4. Pets are not allowed to loiter or stay in the lobby, seating areas, amenity areas, parking areas, storage rooms, fire exits, or other public areas of the hotel, unless otherwise designated as pet-friendly zones.
  5. Except for certified guide dogs or service dogs, pets must be transported using designated service elevators and/or stairways, if applicable. Pets are not permitted in guest passenger elevators unless otherwise authorized by Hotel Management.
  6. Pet owners must practice responsible pet ownership at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning any pet waste in public areas or anywhere within the hotel premises. Guests must carry disposable bags or appropriate materials to properly collect and dispose of pet waste immediately. The area must be thoroughly cleaned with no visible traces or odor remaining, subject to inspection by Hotel Management. Pet waste may be disposed of in designated waste bins or as instructed by the hotel.
  7. Guests are required to wipe their pets, especially their paws, before entering the hotel premises to prevent dirt, mud, or water from soiling the floors. Guests must also clean any drool or other pet-related mess inside the room or public areas.
  8. Pet owners shall be fully liable for any injuries and/or damages caused by their pets to any person or property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Hotel and its Management harmless from any injury, loss, damage, or liability arising from their pets.
  9. If a pet causes injury or damage to a person, another pet, or hotel property—whether leashed or unleashed—Hotel Management reserves the right to investigate the incident and, if warranted, require the immediate removal or permanent ban of the pet from the hotel premises.
  10. In case of any violation of these policies, persistent complaints from other guests, or if a pet causes damage or injury, the hotel reserves the right to revoke the pet’s registration and require the immediate removal of the pet from the premises without refund.
  11. Hotel Management reserves the right to require the removal of any pet that becomes a nuisance, displays unruly, aggressive, or dangerous behavior, causes unreasonable disturbance, or poses a risk to other guests or staff.
  12. No pets beyond the prescribed quantity will be allowed. No other types of animals, aside from dogs or cats as specified, are permitted.
  13. No pet shall be left unattended for more than twelve (12) hours and/or overnight inside the guest room. Balconies shall not be used as holding areas, feeding areas, or kennels. Pets are not permitted to urinate or defecate on balconies. Guests are responsible for ensuring their pets’ comfort and well-being to prevent disturbances to other guests.
